Darrin Reimer
Darrin started in career in aviation in 2000 and instantly fell in love with flying. After several years as a pilot, he became interested in other aspects of the business end of aviation and became a Chief Pilot officer of a small aviation operation in the Yukon.
Throughout his experience as a Chief Pilot, Darrin developed his talent for the business side of aviation and realized that there was a real need for aviation training solutions in the industry, in 2012 he started Above Minimums Aviation Training Solutions.
With 20+ years of aviation experience, Darrin is currently active in the industry as both a pilot and an aviation consultant. He has a genuine love for flying and for helping small business owners thrive in Canadian aviation.
MARKETING MANAGER
Caitlin McAuley
Caitlin received her Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialty in financial management and accounting.
In addition to a formal education from the University of the Fraser Valley, Caitlin gained bookkeeping, copywriting, digital media and marketing experience in both the private business and non-profit sectors and has additional experience in social media and freelance web design.
Caitlin is passionate about helping small businesses grow. She is also a professional photographer and she captures everything from small business content for marketing strategies to families & weddings.
